Rebecca Dew

Hi, thanks for being here and stopping by to see my art. My name is Rebecca and I am an abstract expressionist artist residing in Charleston, South Carolina. I enjoy creating high-vibe colorful, free-flowing pieces for the home and commercial settings. I am currently a resident artist at Redux Contemporary Art Center downtown Charleston.

I am a self-taught artist, primarily painting with acrylics, but I also enjoy mixed mediums such as oil pastels, gouache, charcoal and watercolor. My creative process is inspired by energy gathered from my love for nature and wilderness exploration. Through my work as an artist and a pediatric nurse, my desire is to connect with and inspire our community through bridging art and healing together.
